Our Profile

Innovative Ventures International Pty Ltd was founded in 2007 as (http://www.LaptopTables.com.au/) LaptopTables quickly gained popularity with consumers and advertisers to become the largest online retail store in Australia for Laptop Tables & related products.

But that success was only a seeding. In 2008, the company began an enormous transition – from a single vertical to a diversified, platform company that would scale much larger. In later part of 2008, the firm launched new initiatives in the Corporate Accommodations market (http://www.Newcomers.com.au) and online information portal (http://www.LifeinAustralia.com.au).

In 2009, the company ventured into Portfolio & Program Consulting vertical – with Hutchison Australia, Vodafone Australia & SingTel Optus as its key clients. (http://www.Innven.com.au)

In late 2010, Innovative Ventures setup its offshore presence in Mumbai, India & San Francisco, USA with the formation of Innovative Ventures International Corporation (http://www.Innven.com)

2011 saw the launch of a few additional online initiatives in the Australian Market (http://www.LaptopStand.com.au) & (http://www.LaptopErgonomics.net) which accelerated the firm’s diversification and growth. Between 2009 and 2011, the company continued to grow its EBITDA profitability and its online revenue at double digits, despite the recession.

Looking ahead, Innovative Ventures has the people and infrastructure in place to continue to significantly grow its audience, advertisers, clients & revenues.
